It's the weekend😃, it's time to spoil your beauty 😃😉💕 💕with a "sweet" mask💕

After a long stressful week, it's time to spoil your beauty with a sweet😋😋 and relaxing  mask. As you know,  Chocolate is rich in antioxidant substances, and contains many vitamins and minerals witch prevent the oxidation of the skin (caused by pollution, sun, tobacco, stress, ….) and thus prevent aging.

So, to prepare this relaxing mask: Simply you mix, in small bowel,  2 teaspoons cocoa (or 2 square** of dark chocolate) with 1 teaspoon of vegetable oil (argan, olive,...)(your choice) and 1 teaspoon of fresh cream. Mix all the ingredients and continue until it forms a smooth and homogeneous paste. Apply on your face and leave on for 20 minutes and rinse. To apply it every weekend for a refreshed and lively skin all the week.

** Melt the chocolate in a water bath beforehand if it is in squares.

Don't throw away the grounds of your morning coffee anymore, It's your facial scrub at night😃😉!!

The Coffee grounds is an excellent scrub, or homemade exfoliant, it is used to remove dead skin cells, provide flexibility and strengthen the elasticity of your skin. 

Anti-ageing scrub with coffee grounds**: In a small bowl, mix 1 teaspoon of coffee grounds with 1 teaspoon of natural yoghurt and apply to a previously cleansed skin, avoiding the eye area. Leave on for 15 minutes and perform very light circular massages. Rinse with warm water. Apply twice a week for smooth, firm skin.

This mask can also be used as a body scrub for your evening shower.

   

   ** Do not use on sensitive and irritated skin.

The shine of your face in the rose water of El Kelaa M 'Gouna (MOROCCO)

Rose water is a noble commodity in Morocco is used not only for its fragrance but also for its aesthetic virtues. It is soft and soothing, especially recommended to clean the face and remove the last traces of makeup.
 
To make a mask with this noble water, simply, you mix 2 spoons of rose water with 1spoon of Green clay in small bowl. Apply it on your face. wait 15 min and wash your face with warm / cold water.
 

A soft and smooth skin needs the El Kelaa M'Gouna rose water.
